Got the driver side off with a little elbow grease, passenger one ive tried some solutions as I thought it was a tight thread, also tried heating it, but still no luck. Have any other suggerstions hot I can get the outter tie rod off the inner?

Re the annealing of copper, You need to heat BUT unlike steel quench in water straight away, as i understand it if you just heat and let it cool it 'work hardens'

What you called the lower radiator hose is the upper radiator hose per the FSM. Conversely what you call the upper radiator hose is the lower hose, confusing as the lower looks like the upper visually. good video but I point this out as people might be confused if looking at the FSM then this video. Thxs.
